Dr. Julia Williams is a New Jersey native, but has been living in North Carolina for the past 5
years. She and her family have relocated to Holly Springs and are excited to be joining Hemlock
Bluffs Animal Hospital Family. Dr. Julia Williams graduated from Ross University School of
Veterinary Medicine in January of 2018. She is passionate about preventative medicine and
education, along with special interests in anesthesiology, pain management, and internal
medicine. During her free time she enjoys exercising, walking her 3 dogs, and spending family
time with her two young daughters (Frances and Margaret) and her loving husband Steve. The
Williamses’ have three dogs, Birk “Birkie Turkey” a golden retriever, Jerry or “Scary Jerry” a
wire-hair terrier mix, and Lucy or “Lucy Goosey” a Pitbull puppy. They also have a cat named
Cruella Devil, who has a history of living up to her namesake. Dr. Williams also has a sweet
elderly horse named Big Sur. Dr. Julia Williams thrives on conversation, is high energy, loves to
have fun, and is looking forward to providing clients and patients with high quality
compassionate veterinary care!
